Prismatic oil sight glass GN Elesa

Oil sight glasses GN 541.2 are practically indestructible. Therefore, they are designed to be relatively thin. These oil sight glasses use the so-called prismatic effect of a „cat’s eye“ to give a clear and unmistakable oil level reading irrespective of oil color or viscosity. The advantage of these effects becomes obvious in case of a total underfilling or overfilling and monitoring the situation under unfavourable conditions. Oil sight glasses GN 541.2 can also be used in tanks which are pressurised. Test results are available.
