Roller moulding

Used in aluminum carrier rail profiles GN 646.3, roller tracks GN 646.1 create roller rails for use e.g. in flow racks, packing and picking stations and for linking work processes. The roller tracks are snapped vertically into the carrier rail profile or pushed in place in the axial direction. No mounting hardware is required. The tracks can be dismantled in reverse order which also allows individual roller tracks to be replaced easily. The roller axles are made of plastic and so guarantee a quieter, low friction and maintenance-free function. The rollers made of elastic polyurethane (TPU) are used preferably for delicate material to be conveyed. If required, the roller tracks are easily separated at intervals of 27 mm. Used with carrier rail profiles cut to appropriate lengths, specific roller rail lengths can be created.
