2-component epoxy resin system kg Weicon B4NV Anti-adhesive

WEICON B4NV Anti-Stick is a liquid, grey 2-component epoxy resin system with mineral fillers for the protection of heavily stressed surfaces against aggressive chemicals, corrosion and mechanical wear. It was specially developed for the application with low-pressure equipment. B4NV Anti-Stick contains special additives that create an anti-stick-slip effect. The wear protection system has good chemical and thermal resistance. It is free of solvents and cures almost without shrinkage. B4NV Anti-Stick is applied directly to the parts after the substrate has been thoroughly prepared by sandblasting. The coating adheres very well to a wide variety of surfaces and is suitable for a wide variety of parts, such as pipelines, pumps and exhaust installations. In any case, preliminary tests under practical conditions are recommended, especially if the parts are additionally exposed to increased temperature or mechanical stress.
