Retaining magnets GN 50.1 are combined with the steel housing and the plastic ring into a system that shields and strengthens the magnet for optimal transmission of the magnetic flux onto the magnetic surface. The retaining magnets are to fasten simply and securely by side clamping, e.g. with a grub screw GN 913.2.
