The J475 Best for Metal produces an excellent finish when keying and sanding metal surfaces. It delivers a high workpiece surface quality finish due to its flexible cloth backing. The sheet's full resin bonding provides an impressive abrasive grain adhesion for reliable and continuous work. Furthermore, its backing material is easily torn for easy resizing in manual applications. It is very adaptable to contours and roundings and is intended for general sanding of metal, carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron surfaces. It is also ideal for deburring and rust removal on metal as well as keying sealing surfaces. This sheet is made from J-cloth, coated with tough semi-friable aluminium oxide grit for high flexibility, durability and form accuracy. It features an anti-static closed coating for optimal sanding results. Furthermore, the grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin for wear resistance in heavy-duty applications.
